The race for governor opened up after Republican Chris Sununu announced he will not seek a record fifth two-year term. Sununu also passed on a run for the presidential nomination at a time when New Hampshire hopes to hold on to its status as the nation’s first primary. For analysis we speak with Dr. Andrew Smith, director of the UNH Survey Center and professor of political science.
