The $229 billion package agreed to by Governor Kathy Hochul and fellow Democrats who control the legislature includes changes to bail reform laws, the minimum wage, and new requirements to shift people to clean energy. But Hochul’s ambitious housing plan fell off the table. We speak with WNYC capitol reporter Jon Campbell.
